Held at Irongloves Facility  (see below map)

When we are outdoors it will be held
at Mesa Community College (see below map)

PLEASE CALL TO RESERVE A SPOT! ~~Classes are of limited size~~ 480-777-9170

    Every other Sunday at 9:30am (for 60+ minutes).
It may vary by 1/2 hour (earlier), depending on people’s schedules.
Please call on Friday or Saturday to verify time, or check the website.

    GET THERE A LITTLE EARLY (about 10 min.) TO STRETCH OUT

Be sure to bring PLENTY of water and a sweat towel!!!
Also, bring a long sleeve shirt, you might be doing
some ground work. For outdoor class... if you are
allergic to grass, bring a giant beach towel too.

Everyone is welcome ~ Bring a friend.
You do not have to be an Irongloves member.
Must be minimum 18 years old.
 

    Location:
    Mesa Community College is located at Southern & Dobson on
    the Southeast corner.

    Enter off of Southern and park south of the stadium stairs.
    Look for my red chevy truck, it will be parked on the field.
